College AGE & Older

Our club program supports athletes of all levels—from beginners to junior, university, senior, and masters lifters.

Training includes structured programming, attentive coaching, and a supportive community that helps athletes improve technique, build strength, and make steady progress over time.

youth

High School & Under

Our youth program introduces young athletes to Olympic weightlifting in a fun and supportive environment.

Athletes develop proper technique, safe training habits, and overall athletic ability while building confidence, autonomy, and work ethic.

REMOTE

Our remote coaching program allows athletes to train wherever they are while receiving the same programming and coaching philosophy used with our in-gym athletes.

Athletes receive structured training, feedback, and ongoing support to help them progress over time.

Custom programming is designed for athletes who need individualized training built around their goals, schedule, and competition calendar.

Custom programming is available to a limited number of athletes competing at or preparing for the national level.

On-Ramp 1:1

New to Weightlifting?

For those with little or no experience in Olympic weightlifting, we typically recommend starting with a short series of one-on-one sessions.

These sessions teach the fundamentals of the lifts, build confidence under the bar, and prepare athletes to transition smoothly into group training.

Pricing:

$70 per session
Up to 5 sessions at this rate
